Liver diseases at new coronavirus infection in pregnant women of Samara region

The new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) is a life-threatening condition. features of the treatment COVID-19 in pregnant women are not sufficiently studied and contradictory, therefore, research this area relevant. Objective . Assess presence liver disease with during pregnancy after childbirth, taking into account treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis medical records 43 aged 19 to 39 years (mean age 29.1 ± 5.4 years) who were hospitalized laboratory-confirmed was performed. selection carried out by method continuous sampling. Results 17 (39.5%) had an acute respiratory viral disease, 26 people (60.5%) diagnosed bilateral polysegmental pneumonia pulmonary tissue damage from 5 25%. In structure extragenital pathology, 46.5% anemia 23.3% diseases hepatobiliary system, including chronic non-calculous cholecystitis (4.7%), biliary dysfunction (7%), hepatitis B (2.3%) C (9.3%). 6.9% cholestatic hepatosis before admission hospital. An increase level transaminases above upper normal values noted 69.8% cases, alkaline phosphatase – 76.7%. complications infection, fetal hypoxia prevailed 15 (34.9%). second place premature rupture amniotic fluid (16.3%) malnutrition (16.3%). Conclusions Pregnant system most susceptible infection. They have phosphatase, which can be caused due increased tropism virus cholangiocytes hepatocytes, as well hepatotoxic drugs. common birth, hypoxia, antenatal death.
